Stuart Roebuck (Director and Founder)

Stuart Roebuck is a problem solver, innovator and entrepreneur. A clear-headed ‘fixer’ with the strategic thinking and creativity to drive forward new ideas and the pragmatism to get things done. An unusual hybrid of leader, coach, negotiator, manager and technical expert rolled into one. A perpetual learner who is never satisfied with the status quo, and encourages individuals to use and develop their strengths.

With over 15 years of management experience in small businesses and large public sector organisations, Stuart recognises the organisation changes that lie ahead for a lean startup with high growth potential.

David Walton (Advisor)

David’s background is in Business Development and Corporate Strategy in a number of international FTSE100 Companies including ScottishPower, ICL and ITT. As Director of Business Development at Scottish Enterprise Glasgow, he was responsible for the provision of advice and support to a wide range of technology companies.

David provides strategic and operational guidance to a number of technology companies, ranging from pre-product, to well established and profitable. Companies include Semiconductor design, Text Mining, Telecoms Billing, Natural language identification software, Hospital lifting equipment, and Thermal insulation.
